Reservation Terms & Conditions

The room rate quoted is per night for the details included below. Any changes may affect the nightly rate and/or availability. Although we do not guarantee specific room numbers or locations, every effort is made to accommodate your requests.

Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Must be 21+ to check in.

 

Deposit: A deposit equaling 50% of the stay is due at the time of reservation. Final payment will be collected 14 days prior to arrival using the payment method on file unless booking a non-refundable rate plan. Deposits for reservations that are cancelled, shortened or rescheduled are subject to forfeiture based on cancellation policy described below. Deposits for non-refundable reservations cannot be returned.

 

Cancellation: For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded less a $20 cancellation processing fee with the exception of non-refundable reservations. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, deposits are non-refundable.

 

Modifications: Reservation modifications are permitted 14 days or more prior to arrival, although there are times when minimum stay restrictions do not permit a reduction of room nights. Reservations cannot be shortened within 14 days of arrival.

 

Damage & Smoking: Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each

particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest(s). Smoking

of any kind in the guest rooms or on the guest room balconies is not permitted and will result in a restoration fee of

$250.
